Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Delays caused by customs, weather, or logistics are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Flat rate ¥800 nationwide.
Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000.

Honshu Area: 4-7  business days
Kyushu & Hokkaido Area: 5-8 business days
Okinawa & Other Islands: 6-10 business days
