Shipping Fees  

Domestic (Japan): Flat rate ¥800  

Free shipping on orders over(Domestic) ¥10,000  

International shipping is currently unavailable and will be introduced soon.  

 

Shipping Time  

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.  

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, and other external factors.  

 

Returns & Exchanges  

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.  

Exceptions are made only in the case of defective or incorrect items. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.  

 

Order Cancellations  

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed.
